Litigation │ Employment Law│ Government Law
Changes in society, government, and technology have reshaped long held assumptions about the relationship between individuals, between citizens and their government, and between businesses. But some things remain the same— the need for wise counsel to help prevent legal problems, and to resolve them when they do arise.
I began practicing law in San Angelo, Texas in 1992. I have over thirty years experience representing local government, business and individuals. I am Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. I am also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. I have tried lawsuits of all types, in almost every courthouse in West Texas. My areas of focus are in representing local government and employers in labor and employment law matters.
