Bio

I am the son of Baptist missionaries, and grew up in Trinidad & Tobago, West Indies. We eventually ended up in El Paso, Texas where I graduated high school. I attended Baylor University and St. Mary’s Law School. I married a San Angelo girl, moved here in 1992, when I finished law school, and never left. We raised our family here, and invested our lives in this community.

I served two terms on the San Angelo City Council and currently serve on the San Angelo Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, The Concho Valley Food Bank Board of Directors and the Tom Green County Library Advisory Board. I also serve as chair of the City of San Angelo Tax Reinvestment Zone Board.
